The COVID-19 has put to a standstill all kinds of work and FWICE (Federation of Western India Cine Employees) in Mumbai which is the mother body of nearly 32 different crafts of workers and technicians of the Media and Entertainment Industry is derailed as of now, with no kind of activity taking place.
The FWICE has sent out an earnest request to Honourable Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri Uddhav Thackeray to permit the post-production and recording studios with minimum people to function so that Producer can tend to finish the unfinished work and with this, few technicians can get back to work.
Here is the letter seeking permission for the same!!
As we know, the entertainment industry has come to a halt with respect to work for the last 50 odd days, and this small movement if granted permission will open up some work in the industry.
