Jacqueline Fernandez made conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar pay 15 lakhs to writer for web series script, says ED

A new turn has made its way in new charge sheet claims by ED, where it's been stated that Jacqueline Fernandez made Sukesh Chandrasekhar pay 15 lakhs to a writer for a Web series

As per the charge sheet, Advaita Kala, one of the most popular writers in the industry and an award-winning scriptwriter has admitted that Fernandez approached her back in 2021 to write a script for her, that for a web series which she shall produce.

And now, Enforcement Directorate has now said that the money was transferred to the writer by Sukesh Chandrasekhar. However, earlier, Fernandez denied that Sukesh sent 15 lakhs to Kala on her behalf, she told that she only gave chocolates and flowers to the writer.

Earlier in October 2020, the Kick actress admitted receiving 15000 dollars from Sukesh, which was transferred to her sister’s account and also received four cats and horses from Sukesh. At the point when the ED stood up to her about the disparities between the two explanations, Fernandez said this was a result of dread of the ED, stress and notoriety of her relatives, the charge sheet expressed.

The actress even denied that Sukesh brought her sister a BMW and also that he transferred 50000 dollars to her brother in Australia.

In an earlier investigation, Jacqueline Fernandez didn’t disclose the other gifts like horses, cats, money transfers and others to her sibling’s account, as stated by ED.
The charge sheet further stated, “She did not disclose these facts on her own; she only disclosed these facts when she was asked about the same and on realising that the investigation would be aware of the same. Still, she categorically denied that Sukesh Chandrashekar did not purchase any cars for her parents in Bahrain, which she later admitted,”

Prashant Patil, lawyer of Jacqueline Fernandez said in a statement, “The allegations made against Jacqueline by the Enforcement Directorate are not true and are baseless. I still maintain that if you go through the evidence relied on by ED, it would be clear that Jacqueline is a victim and not an accused in this case. She has been conned and she shall address all her grievances before the court at the appropriate time and by following due process of law. Once we are served with the copy of the chargesheet, we shall take the legal recourse in accordance with law. Truth shall precipitate to the surface at appropriate time.” as quoted by The Indian Express.
