As per the latest reports in Times Of India, PTI, and Latestly, the Mumbai Police has registered an FIR against Javed Akhtar on Monday over his alleged remark against the RSS. The complaint has reportedly been filed by a lawyer, Santosh Dubey. Reportedly, Javed had earlier drawn parallels between the Taliban and Hindu ‘extremists’ and the FIR has been filed against him under IPC Section 500.
