As per the latest reports in The Indian Express, a special court on Thursday rejected an application filed by the CBI to conduct a further probe in a case against actor Sooraj Pancholi who is presently facing trial for allegedly abetting actor Jiah Khan‘s suicide in the year 2013. The court also rejected a similar application filed by Jiah’s mother, Rabia.
