Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s case had been ongoing for quite a long time. The case that was recently on trial was a case of defamation that Johnny had filed against his ex-wife Amber. After many rounds of trials, the jury finally came to a conclusion that both of them were defamed in a way. While Johnny was offered $15M as part of damages, Amber was given $2M as countersuit after Depp’s attorney earlier mentioned that Heard’s claims were nothing but a ‘hoax’.
After the verdict was out, both Johnny and Amber respectively issued official statements. While Depp’s post was more of a thanksgiving one since he managed to win the case, Amber’s official statement suggested that she’s thoroughly disappointed with the verdict. Take a look below –
