Dimple Cheema’s love for the late Vikram Batra is all about sacrifice as she never married in life post his unfortunate death. During a recent exclusive conversation on ‘The Bollywood Talk Show’ on IWMBuzz, when Kiara was asked about what she learnt new about the emotion of ‘love’ after playing Dimple Cheema in the movie, the diva was quoted as saying,
“What I realized was that lot of ‘strength’, ‘conviction’ & ‘commitment’ is extremely essential in love. If Captain Vikram Batra fought at war, then Dimple Cheema fought for love at home and for his dreams. It’s been quite an emotional journey for me playing this character who for me is an ‘Unsung Hero’.
