As per reports in Hindustan Times, actor Vivek Oberoi has been fined an amount of Rs 500 by Mumbai Police for riding a bike in the streets of Mumbai without a helmet and a mask.

Vivek had shared a video on Valentine’s day where he was spotted riding a bike with his wife on Valentine’s day.
