It’s been quite a while now that fans were eagerly waiting for the release of his next movie Maidaan. Given the fact that some of his last movies didn’t do as well as he would have liked to in cinemas, he’s certainly looking forward to impressing the audience in the right way with this project. Maidaan is about Indian football’s unsung hero Syed Abdul Rahim who brought glory to the country at an International level.

Owing to the Covid-19 pandemic, things have been quite difficult and most importantly tough to predict in terms of how it will unfold. But guess what? Finally, we have clarity on the same and the new release date is finally out. The movie is set to release in cinemas on 17th February, 2023.
