Actress Nayanthara made her acting debut in 2003 with the Malayalam film Manassinakkare, and having gone through obvious physical changes in the last two decades, she recently addressed the public perception that her appearance has changed over the years.

In a conversation with Hauterrfly, she attributed these observations to evolving “brow phases” and variations in her diet. The Jawan actor explained that her eyebrows have seen numerous styles and shapes over the years, which she believes might be the reason people think her facial features look different at times. This, she suggested, could explain the speculation around whether she has altered her appearance.

She also mentioned that her face often changes due to weight fluctuations, affecting her cheeks. Emphasizing her natural approach, Nayanthara noted that her changing look isn’t due to cosmetic enhancements but more to do with lifestyle adjustments. She stated that her approach to self-care includes rituals like perfecting her eyebrows before red-carpet appearances, as she believes brows are a transformative feature that can significantly change one’s look.

Following this conversation, Nayanthara shared a series of photos online, showcasing her current look, further reinforcing her comments about her natural appearance.
