There Is No Thailand, Azerbaijan Schedule For Radhe: Prabhudheva

Since the coronavirus is big news, Bollywood has also fallen prey to it. The rumours about the virus seem to have affected Bollywood in a big way. There are many stories floating around about various entertainment-related events being cancelled. But the one that caught my eye had to do with Salman Khan’s underproduction action drama Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai.

Reports stated that the Thailand schedule of Radhe had been cancelled due to the coronavirus scare. And then came the report that another schedule of Radhe had been cancelled in Azerbaijan.

But when I got in touch with the film’s director Parbhudheva he was dumbfounded. “No schedule of Radhe has been cancelled, and certainly none in Thailand in Azerbaijan. There is no shooting of Radhe in Thailand or Azerbaijan. The entire film is shot in Mumbai only.”

Pabhudheva also adds that the shooting of Radhe is almost complete. “We are done with the principal shooting. We may add a song. But the shooting is complete. We wanted this to be a cop film set in Mumbai, not like Dabangg where Salman plays a cop in a small North Indian town. Radhe is very much a Mumbai story.”
