Earlier, we heard reports of the Mumbai Crime Branch summoning Sherly Chopra to record her statement in connection with the pornography case. And now, the latest reports in Times Of India suggest that Sherly Chopra has accused Raj of sexual misconduct. She had reportedly issued an FIR against Raj in April 2021 of sexual misconduct. He was reportedly charged under section 376, 384,415,420,504,506,, 354(a) (b) (d), 509 of the IPC.
Reports suggest that the actress has alleged that Raj turned up unannounced at her house one day post a heated argument over text and he started kissing her despite her having resisted.
Meanwhile, reports in India TV News suggest that SEBI has slapped a monetary penalty of 3 lakhs on Viaan Industries, Shilpa Shetty, and Raj Kundra for disclosure lapses and consequent violation of insider trading norms.
