Big news coming in.
As per the latest reports in Times Of India, the Supreme Court on Wednesday granted protection from arrest to Gehana Vasisth. She was earlier accused in a case related to pornographic films. The court has however directed her to cooperate in the investigation. A bench comprising of Justices SK Kaul and BR Gavai noted that the primary accused in the case is already out on bail and issued a notice to Maharashtra Government on a plea filed by Vasisht that challenged the Bombay HC order denying pre-arrest bail to her.
