Big news coming in the Raj Kundra pornography case.
As per the latest reports in moneycontrol, the Bombay High Court on Wednesday granted interim protection from arrest to businessman Raj Kundra in connection with a pornography films racket case registered by Police in 2020. Justice Shinde reportedly said, “Interim protection granted”.
