Priyanka Chopra Jonas’ long sabbatical from Bollywood—she was last seen in The Sky Is Pink in 2018 and before that in Prakash Jha’s Gangaajal 2 in 2016—may soon be over.
Sanjay Leela Bhansali who gave her one of her last memorable roles in Bajirao Mastani has offered Mrs Chopra-Jonas a part in a film to be produced by him .
Apparently Ms Chopra has said yes. While the details are still under wraps a more concrete picture of what’s in store will emerge after the lockdown. But the fact that Priyanka is coming back is reason to rejoice. We missed her.
