As a warm gesture to celebrate the roaring success of K V Vijayendra Prasad for being selected as Rajya Sabha member in Parliament, producers Shailendra Kumar, Suraj Sharma, along with co producer Sujoyy Kuttiy dashed off to Hyderabad to wish Prasad on his achievements.
The writer of Bahubaali, Bajrangi Bhaijaan and RRR, is currently busy writing his magnum opus 1770 Ek Sangram. Produced under the banner of SS1 Entertainment and PK Entertainment the film is inspired from Bankim Chandra Chatterjee’s Bengali novel Anandamath. On the auspicious occasion of Rajya Sabha selection which was officially annouced by honorable Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi on his micro blogging site, the producers decided to gift a specially designed 21 karat gold plated Radha Krishna idol from Mathura.
Producer Shhailendra Kumar from SS1 Entertainment and producer Suraj Sharma from P K Entertainments went to Hyderabad to wish writer K V Vijayendra Prasad for being an important part of Rajya Sabha. They have gifted sir with golden Radha Krishna from Mathura. “It was a very special moment for us that Vijayendra Prasad ji who is writing our dream project 1770 Ek Sangram, has been honoured in Rajya Sabha and it was very generous of him to accept the small gift from us. A multi talented person like him will be an asset to the parliament as well as our film. We are happy to have him in our dream project”, says singer turner producer Shhailendra Kkumar.
Young producer from the land of Krishna, Suraj Sharma is equally thrilled and excited as he says, “It was indeed a dream come true moment when he had said yes to our dream project 1770 Ek Sangram. When I read the news on Twitter I was in Mathura. I immediately called my creative director Ram Kamal sir and Co Producer Sujjoy Kuttiy sir that we should meet him personally. As i am from Mathura and a bhakt of Radha Krishna we thought of gifting him something that represents the spirit of India.”
The film is on initial stage of writing and the makers will soon come up with a major announcement by end of this month.
