A really sad news is coming in from the Kannada regional entertainment industry.
As per the latest media reports in The Indian Express, veteran Kannada actor Krishna G Rao is no more. For the unversed, he was best known for playing the very important role of a blind man in superstar Yash starrer KGF movies. As per the latest reports in the media, he passed away at the age of 70 at a private hospital in Bengaluru. The actor was reportedly at a relative’s house when he complained of chest pain and breathing issues post which, he was immediately rushed to the hospital. He was reportedly admitted to ICU after suffering from lung infection. The official handle of KGF film expressed their condolences on social media. The statement read, “Condolences from Hombale film team on the passing away of Krishna G Rao, fondly known as Thatha by KGF fans. Om Shanti (sic).”
For the unversed, the scene where Krishna warns an antagonist to not come in the way of Rocky Bhai (Yash) remains one of the highlights of the movie.
