Salim Khan, father of Bollywood actor Salman Khan, has firmly stated that his son has no reason to apologize regarding the blackbuck case, as he maintains that Salman never killed the animal. This comes amid escalating death threats from Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang, which Salim Khan described as long-standing extortion attempts. Over the past year, Salman has faced increasing threats, with the situation worsening following the assassination of his close friend and NCP MLA, Baba Siddique.

In an interview with ABP News, Salim Khan expressed that apologizing would imply admitting to a crime that Salman did not commit. He stressed that his family does not believe in causing harm to any living being, even as small as a cockroach. He questioned why Salman should seek forgiveness when he has not done anything wrong and asked how many others have saved animals or apologized for their actions.

Salim Khan further defended his son’s innocence, challenging anyone to prove otherwise. He emphasized that Salman has never used a gun and was not present at the time of the incident in question. He also highlighted Salman’s love for animals, insisting that his son could never harm them.

Following the murder of Siddique, Salman has ramped up security measures for his upcoming projects, including the ongoing shoot for Bigg Boss 18 and his next film Sikandar. With Y+ security in place, more than 60 guards now accompany the actor on set, and strict identification protocols, including Aadhaar verification, are reportedly being enforced for anyone entering the filming locations.
