This Sunday, Nayanthara and Vignesh announced to the world on social media that they have welcomed twins via surrogacy. Well, seems like this update has got them in some sort of trouble.
As per the latest reports in NDTV Movies, the Tamil Nadu Health Minister said he would examine the case when asked about possible violation of surrogacy rules. The State Health Minister MA Subramanian said,
“According to norms, those aged 21 years and under the age of 36 can donate oocytes (ova or eggs). We presume this could have been done that way… director of health services will be asked to examine if it was done according to norms.”
