Well, as per the latest media reports in Times Of India, Kartik Aaryan has now rented Shahid Kapoor’s Juhu home in Mumbai. The actor will be paying a whopping monthly rent of 7.5 lakhs per month for the sea-facing apartment. For the unversed, Shahid, Mira and their children lived in the building until last year. The lease terms indicated a 7% escalation in rent every year. The actor has also paid 45 lakhs as the security deposit. As per reports, Shahid’s wife Mira has done the transaction on his behalf with Kartik Aaryan’s mother.
