Taapsee Pannu and Samantha Ruth Prabhu to come on board together for a mega project. The Thappad actress has now also confirmed about the same that she is all set to mark with an exciting project, and the Oo Antava lady is to lead it on the board. The Pink actress confirmed the same to Pink Villa earlier.
Earlier, Taapsee Pannu joined hands with Pranjal Khandhdiya and became a part of their production house Outsider Films. With that, Pannu has confirmed that she has got Ruth Prabhu on board for a project. According to reports, Samantha shall be portraying the lead role in the film. Besides that, Samantha shall also be featured in the Indian version of Citadel, directed by Raj and DK. The actress shall co-star with Varun Dhawan in the series.
Before this talking to BT, she said why she’s been keeping her distance from Bollywood films, saying, “I was finding my footing in the South and gained confidence in my work only in the last two years. I was still making bad choices and not doing the kind of work that satisfied me. Things changed a great deal in the last two years, and now, I am confident about accepting challenges. I don’t try everything and then see what works. I usually take time to perfect something before moving on to another challenge. That’s why it has taken me this long to get this far.”
