The Supreme court today gave a landmark decision in Sushant Singh Rajput’s case when it announced its verdict that it is in the best interest of all if the CBI investigates the matter further.
Ever since the landmark decision, fans and family members have been celebrating the same as they wait for justice to be served.
Reacting to the decision, Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer Satish Manshinde spoke on behalf of Rhea in an official statement to the media and we quote,
“Since the Court has Transferred the investigation to CBI invoking its powers under Article 142 of the Constitution of India, she will appear and face the investigation by the CBI as she has done earlier with the Mumbai Police and the Enforcement Directorate. Rhea maintains that the Truth will remain the same whichever agency investigates the case.”
