With great sadness, we report the passing of Virgil Abloh, a highly respected fashion designer, at 41. He had been battling cancer for some time. Virgil Abloh was a talented individual who founded the fashion label Off-White and served as the menswear artistic director at Louis Vuitton. His passing was confirmed by his labels on social media on Sunday. In 2019, he was diagnosed with cardiac angiosarcoma, a rare and aggressive form of cancer.
His unexpected death shocked many, including Bollywood celebrities such as Karan Johar, Priyanka Chopra, and Urvashi Rautela, who were acquainted with him. Urvashi Rautela, currently filming her upcoming action movie in Ukraine, has expressed her condolences to the late designer.
Urvashi Rautela said, “Virgil Abloh may you rest in peace and power, dear a visionary he was also a man with a beautiful soul and great wisdom. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and loved ones. May you rest in peace and power. ”
On the Workfront, Urvashi Rautela is set to portray the role of Poonam Mishra, the wife of Inspector Avinash Mishra, who Randeep Hooda will play in the upcoming film Inspector Avinash. She has also been cast as the lead in the Telugu film Black Rose and will be starring in a Tamil blockbuster with Saravana, estimated to gross 200 crores. The next filming session for the Tamil movie will commence shortly.
