Rang De Basanti fame Siddharth opened up about facing harassment at Madurai airport along with his parents. The actor said that though they asked them to talk in English, the officials continued to talk in Hindi. He also shared a picture from the airport and talked about his experience. And when they protested against them, the officials said, “In India, this is how it is.”
While sharing the picture on his gram stories, Siddharth wrote, “Harassed for 20 mins @ Madurai airport by CRPF. They made my senior parents remove coins from their bags! And repeatedly talked to us in Hindi after being told to speak in English.” In addition the actor mistakenly tagged CRPF instead of CISF i.e. Central Industrial Security Force.

He was booked for a negative tweet by the cybercrime wing of Hyderabad Police against the Badminton lady Saina Nehwal.
