However, the latest reports in moneycontrol suggest that the diva has made some adjustments to her real-estate belongings. The actress reportedly leased the second-floor office property in Vastu Precinct, Oshiwara in Andheri West for Rs 2.11 lakh a month in June. The area is around 2040 sq ft. Not just that, the diva sold two residential units located in Raj Classic, Versova at Andheri West for a whopping 7 crores. A unit located on the 7th floor of size 888 sq ft was sold for Rs 3 crores. Stamp duty of 9 lakh was paid on it. Another unit on the same floor of size 1219 sq ft was sold for Rs 4 crores and stamp duty of 12 lakhs was paid on the same.
