With a big award and a new Valentino collaboration, Zendaya’s standing as a real fashion star is apparent – and has been for quite some time. We’ve grown accustomed to the multi-daringly hyphenate’s experimental looks, which she always manages to pull off, no matter how intricate or over-the-top they are. Z can pull off anything, from the various hairstyles she’s experimented with over the years to her well-documented predilection for huge outfits. What’s more, the finest part? That’s how her style has always been. Even as a young Disney star, long before Malcolm & Marie and Euphoria, the singer took significant sartorial chances and was never a snooze on the red carpet. Still not convinced?
Zendaya will always look better in a suit. She wore a wonderfully fitting black suit brand Sportmax to the Vanity Fair Oscars afterward party, which she teamed with a leather tie and a plum shirt. She was, of course, groomed by Law Roach, who strolled alongside her at the ceremony.
Zendaya looked really good on the red carpet in her handmade Valentino Haute Couture costume, replete with a precisely coordinating pedicure. This is really the best of both worlds.
Law Roach also shared one of Z’s pre-Oscars looks on Insta, this exquisite Oscar de la Renta lace dress from the house’s autumn 2022 season. This outfit is now only available on Law’s Instagram, but we’re yearning extra.
Zendaya attended the Valentino Womenswear FW22 presentation during Paris Fashion Week and, of course, looked amazing. The actress rocked straight hair and a smoky, dramatic cat-eye that enhanced her piercing look. Her ‘fir, on the other hand, stole the show. The actress went all out in a bright pink monochromatic ensemble that comprised one of her signature power suits and towering platform boots. She also arrived at the presentation wearing identical outerwear. Z practically merged in with the venue once inside, from the background of the arrivals photocall to the seats and catwalk of the actual concert. The epitome of chameleonic!
Zendaya picked a vintage 1992 Valentino gown worn on the catwalk by supermodel Linda Evangelista for the season 2 premiere of Euphoria. Zendaya and her regular stylist Law Roach kept the jewelry minimal, wearing only a pair of drop earrings. Z finished off her traditional elegant appearance with an updo of her famous auburn hair.
