According to mensxp.com Sonam Kapoor spoke about pay disparity on the chat show of Karan Johar and also shared how women get less pay in the Bollywood industry. Taapsee Pannu was also seen sharing her views as she said that if a man demands money he gets it and whereas a woman demands it is said and considered as demanding. The actress said that there should be equality among men and women and they should be paid for their hard work.
Aditi Rao Hydari said that women also work hard as well as men but they get paid less. The actress said that she doesn’t understand why both the male and female are treated differently. There are equal efforts and they should be paid what they deserve and they should be treated equally. Several other actresses have come forward to share their views about the pay disparity.
