On October 1, Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot impressed in contemporary no-makeup-makeup, including perfect-for-Fall earth-toned colors, but what truly struck out was her creamy, beautiful skin. Gadot was speaking at an event at New York City’s 92nd Street Y. It turns out that preparation is key to achieving an effortless glow. The 32-year-old Israeli actress’ hair was being styled as Matin applied Leonor Greyl Beauty Secret Oil to her face and body, followed by a layer of Chapstick Total Hydration on her lips, a dab of Nars hydrating gel mask, Laura Mercier eye serum under her eyes and on her cheekbones, and a few minutes of relaxation.
According to the makeup artist, he then “got right into makeup,” applying Armani Luminous Silk Foundation with a moist sponge on the Justice League actress’ face “just to balance out her skin but not cover it.” Matin used Cle de Peau concealer, concentrating on the inner corners of the eyes.
Anastasia’s contour palette was utilized to sculpt definition in the face, and Matin highlighted Gadot’s high points with Nars’ brand-new Man Ray gold highlighter. Silk Stockings by Votre Vu were put all over the body.
Matin used MAC Chilled On Ice to create a cream base for the delicate, neutral-toned eye before layering the Montparnasse Duo colors to add definition. Matin dabbed Noir Laura Mercier gel eyeliner between the Diorshow mascara-coated lashes rather than using a thick liner. The RMS Living Luminizer brightened the area around the eyes’ inner corners.
