1. Shahid Kapoor-Mira Rajput
The couple got married in 2015, July 7. The wedding took place in Gurgaon and was a private affair, followed by a grand reception in Mumbai.
2. Vivek Oberoi-Priyanka Alva
The two tied the knot back in 2010, October 29. Reportedly the families were friends for years.
3. Raj Kapoor-Krishna Raj Kapoor
Raj Kapoor got married to Krishna Raj Kapoor, when he was 22 years old. However, not many know that Krishna was Raj’s aunt. In the book, Kapoor: The First Family of Indian Cinema by Madhu Jain, Raj Kapoor stated, “Mine was the only arranged marriage among us brothers. Actually, Krishna is my bua, my father’s second cousin. One fine day my father said, “You are getting married,” and I said, “Yes father”. That was in 1946 when I was 22 years old.”
4. Madhuri Dixit-Dr Shriram Nene
Madhuri Dixit’s marriage to Dr Shriram Nene back in 1999 shocked everyone. It was an arranged marriage.
