Miley Cyrus likes all things sparkling, as evidenced by her costume selections from a decade ago. Miley Cyrus, the pop star, has been playing on stage and walking red carpets since she was 11 years old! She was cast as the titular character on Disney Channel’s “Hannah Montana” and immediately fell in love with her glittery gowns. Whether you like her or not, Miley Cyrus is undeniably a fashion chameleon, having undergone one of the most bizarre celebrity changes in recent years.
Miley dressed up as Hannah Montana for the “Good Morning America” summer concert series in 2007, wearing a bright blue sequined tank top and colour-coordinated footwear. With white leggings and a studded belt, she completed the look. She did, after all, wear a lot of sequins! Miley Cyrus’ “Best of Both Worlds” tour took her on the road throughout 2007. Hannah Montana’s whole tour wardrobe was based on her signature look: a long sparkling top with leggings and high boots. This pink and white ensemble quickly became a signature Hannah Montana outfit.
Miley Cyrus wore a sparkling ensemble again for the Teen Choice Awards in 2008. She wore a sequined Moschino gown and presented the concert at the Gibson Amphitheater in Hollywood, which she dubbed “the year’s largest celebration.” Miley was dressed in a white tank top and a black sequin little skirt for her presentation at the Teen Choice Awards. She is certainly wearing the same black pumps she wore to the American Music Awards last year, and she is sporting some metal accessories with the ensemble.
Miley donned a gold and black Marchesa dress to keep with the sequined theme. She finished the ensemble with a basic black pump, and we think she made the right choice. During the 13th season of The Voice, Miley Cyrus shined in a plunging gold gown with a provocative thigh-high split. In this sequined, adorned outfit, Cyrus sparkled brightly. The former Disney star didn’t stop there; she finished off her glitzy attire with a hanging disc necklace and earrings.
