The actor was approached to play cricketer K Srikanth in a movie based on the Indian cricket team’s World Cup victory in 1983. He is all set to make his Bollywood debut with the sports film. The film has been directed by Kabir Khan, and Ranveer Singh is playing the Indian cricket team captain, Kapil Dev, who steered the team to victory. His fans have been looking forward to a massive hit movie. Allu Arjun was the most searched Tollywood star in 2016.
Arjun said in an interview, “It’s been 16 years since I started my journey into the entertainment industry and it has been a delight. Till now I have been focusing on regional language movies, mostly Telugu. But now I am in the process of exploring other languages movies.
