Rakul Preet Singh, one of the most versatile actresses in Indian cinema today, continues to charm audiences with her dynamic performances and unwavering passion for the craft. With films across multiple languages and genres, Rakul has carved a niche for herself in the industry — not just as a glamorous face, but as a performer with depth and commitment.
Speaking about her journey, Rakul opened up with a heartfelt reflection on growth, gratitude, and never settling. She says,
“I feel there’s a lot to chase. The day you start thinking in life that I have arrived or I am good enough — of course, I am good enough is different — but like, I am good and I’m not chasing anything anymore, I feel that’s when you become laid-back. So, for me, yes, I am very grateful for what I have, every moment, but I feel the buck doesn’t stop there. I still have a lot more to do, and I still have… and you know, we are in one direction — that these are films, I am acting, and I am an actor — but there can be so many different dimensions to you. Life is a huge canvas, and you can just throw paint on it. So I feel like there is so much to explore, learn, grow, evolve, that I don’t have that thought — that I’ve arrived, or now I am comfortable. Yes, I am comfortable, and I’m grateful for that comfort, but I’m chasing a lot more.”
With a mindset rooted in purpose and exploration, Rakul is all set to take over 2025 with a stellar line-up. From De De Pyaar De 2 to Ameeri, and several big-ticket projects yet to be announced, she is truly on a roll — chasing dreams, breaking boundaries, and painting her canvas with every shade of brilliance.
