Aishwarya Rai Bachchan who has had a great modelling career, and has been the star at many big beauty pageants, winning them too, got into the limelight internationally at a very young age. At that time, Aishwarya who was unmarried lived with her parents. In an interview for an international scribe, Aishwarya was asked sarcastically by the interviewer whether she lived along with her parents.

He asked, “Is it true that you live with your parents? Is it common in India for older children to live with their parents?”

Aishwarya took a gulp and answered the question very smartly, by saying,
“It is fine to live with your parents because it is common in India that we don’t have to take appointments to meet our parents for dinner.”
