Akshay Kumar and Rakul Preet Singh will be starring together in Cuttputlli. They shared a new video together on social media to promote the film. The video was made to the tune of the film’s first song Saathiya.
The video showed Akshay pranking Rakul after persuading and impressing her with his romantic gesture. At the start of the clip, the two actors were seen taking a stroll together while they come across a puddle filled with water on their way.
As a recation, Akshay is seen immediately finding a solution to the problem for Rakul, and placing bricks in front of her to help her cross the puddle. However, as Rakul Preet Singh reaches the middle of the puddle, Akshay ditches her and moves away with the second brick.
At the end, Akshay is seen saying a dialogue from the film, “Killer ke saath power nahi, mind game khelna chahiye,” before intentionally dropping a brick in the water resulting in a water splash all over Rakul, who then runs after him.
As to caption the reel, Akshay wrote, “It was all fun and games until someone decided to play mind games.” He also asked his followers to create such fun videos with a twist on their song.
