However, if you find some extra time in the morning and don’t have trouble putting words together before 11 am, getting up and moving around can give you a strong confidence boost for the rest of the day. This is because exercise releases endorphins, or happy hormones, associated with physical activity. A no-brainer for Anne and her hectic schedule, it also means that your workout is finished, and you can concentrate on the other items on your to-do list.

Makes Warm-ups Fun

Static stretches are probably the first thing that comes to mind if you think of a warm-up. It needn’t be that way, though. Ramona recalls her exercises with Anne: “We frequently warmed up by doing sun salutations. Or a warm-up for a dance. I like being the leader because of my experience as an NFL cheerleader. Sounds like our sort of pre-workout.”

Use Music

Unsurprisingly, music can be quite motivating, Anne concurs. She would employ music during exercises because working out in a gym might be boring for most actresses. We advise turning it up if your neighbors are in and you’re crushing a home exercise.

She asked for a large pump on Oscars night since it improved her mood. Always Rest

We know that telling you this bores the hell out of you, but even Anne does it. “Relaxation days are crucial.” She made sure to give herself at least one day a week free for rehabilitation as she trained for two films.
