Sushmita Sen is a fabulous actress and a model, she is the winner of the Miss Universe 1994 pageant. Sushmita was the first Indian to win the Miss Universe pageant, she had also been crowned with Femina Miss India 1994 at the age of 18. After winning the Miss Universe pageant, she started with her acting career.
While, Akriti Kakar is a melodious Indian singer. Intially, her songs, “Saturday Saturday” from the film Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania and “Iski Uski” from 2 States became popular. Akriti was also a judge on Zee Bangla’s Sa Re Ga Ma Pa: Li’l Champs and was going to appear on Colors’s Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.
Recently, Akriti Kakar went down memory lane and shared an old-timey picture with Sushmita Sen on social media. In the picture, Sushmita is dressed in a gorgeous pink traditional outfit, with an elegant bindi and her hair tied in a bun. While, Akriti is a small student, dressed in a pretty pink frock, who has her ID card hanging around her neck and is seen sporting a huge smile.
While sharing the picture, Akriti Kakar by tagging Sushmita Sen wrote, “9 Years Ago…” with a heart. The Miss Universe winner Sushmita also added back the image on her Instagram and mentioned Akriti as a precious one. She penned, “OMG, precious”.
