These were the two references that filmmaker Vikramaditya Motwane used to send him. Ranveer went on to say that he was overjoyed that his clean-shaven appearance drew attention. The actor went on to say that he received a lot of messages complimenting his appearance in the film, particularly from his female admirers.
Ranveer had previously disclosed in a throwback interview that he had stapled his stomach in real life to be able to represent the anguish of a bullet impact on screen. He claimed that he was a pretty raw actor at the time and that he was still learning his art. The actor went on to say that even as an AD on set, he was given menial duties to keep him away from the scenes. The actor is a fun-loving star and always mesmerizes us with his acting skills.
