However, wondering how the actress got onboard to shoot for the promo of Spy Bahu, the makers have told to Pinkvilla in a recent interview how they managed to rope in Bebo for the same. Spy Bahu has also got the vibe of Yash Chopra films and its eternal love stories, which also kept KKK interested in the same.
Sehban told Pinkvilla about this, saying, “I spoke to her and I said ‘Kareena will you do this for us?’ and she said ‘Yeah of course Sehban, I’ll do it.'” Sana jokes, “Yeah because Sehban’s younger brother’s name is Taimur.” Sehban added, “That’s true.” He then said, “So that’s how we spoke and she said why not, and when she got to know I was doing it she was even more happy.”

Sana further added, “It’s a big deal for me. She is a feminist and she is very you know like blunt and wo jo bolti hai ekdum fatak se muh pe (She speaks whatever comes to her mind). Bebo is Bebo and everybody knows her for that. And for a person like Kareena Kapoor Khan to endorse a television show itself has created a buzz because Bebo jaisa insaan is praising the show and she also appreciated the fact that a girl is playing a RAW agent and a spy so I am really happy about that and ya I think that’s what she really likes about the show.” as quoted by Hindustan Times.
