Indian cinema lost an irreplaceable gem, Mohammad Yusuf Khan aka Dilip Kumar on July 7, 2021. The actor, who was popularly known as the tragedy king of Bollywood, 98, died of bilateral pleural effusion after being hospitalized twice in a month. After his death, personalities from the world of the entertainment industry mourned his loss.
Dilip Kumaris widely recognized as one of India’s most talented actors, with a career spanning over five decades. He is considered a legend of the Golden Age of Indian cinema, known for his understated acting style and avoidance of theatrical elements.
