Joey King is the first relationship that fans are aware of. They met while filming The Kissing Booth in 2017; Elordi and King portrayed on-screen love interests for each other. The pair made it official on Instagram after only a few months, and they were frequently spotted together in public. When it came time to walk the red carpet, the duo didn’t hold back when it came to showing off their PDA; fans were overjoyed that their favorite fictional couple had made it to the real world. “Well, I thought he was really cute when we first met,” King explained, “but it started as a friendship.” We started chatting about disgusting things right away. But it wasn’t long before I realized, ‘Hey, I think I like this person!’ The couple’s relationship came to an end in early 2019. They gradually stopped posting to each other on social media, and Elordi declared that he would be taking a break from it soon after.
Overall, the two appear to be on excellent terms; following their breakup, they shot The Kissing Booth 2 and The Kissing Booth 3 and appear to be cordial in public. In June of this year, Elordi made an appearance on the red carpet with his new girlfriend, Cari Flowers. Flowers hinted at their new relationship on social media as they spent many nice days home together. Fans were invested, although there was little publicly available information on the two. This romance, unfortunately, was short-lived. Flowers erased all images of herself with Elordi from her Instagram account, but she kept one solitary shot of herself that was reported to have been taken by Elordi. By August of this year, Elordi was celebrating his Euphoria co-star Zendaya’s 23rd birthday in Athens, Greece. After images of them went viral, dating speculations arose in droves. In comparison to the other passengers on the journey, the two appeared to be considerably more amicable with each other. “They started as close friends, but it grew romantic when their program finished,” an E! News source stated.
Though neither party confirmed it, they were seen on numerous “dates” and traveled together until Elordi was absent from Zendaya’s 24th birthday celebrations instead of attending a dinner date with Kaia Gerber. When Elordi and Gerber were first seen together, it was assumed that they were merely friends. They were inseparable soon after. In both LA and New York, these celebs displayed. The couple was together for over a year before calling it quits for personal reasons. Both celebrities speak highly of one another, yet, they are not the appropriate match for one another.
