Nora Fatehi is known to be one of the most popular actresses in the country and has earned love and fame over the years. With her terrific work onscreen, the actress stunned us all with gorgeous grooves and belly dancing skills over the years. However, she had to face quite a round of difficulties back before her big break in Bollywood.
As per reports in India.com, Nora talked a lot about her struggle in an interview. Nora told that when she came to Mumbai, she was living with at least 8-9 girls and they had confiscated Nora’s parcel. Nora further told that a casting director had called her for an audition and knowing that she was not Indian, he gave her a Hindi line and started laughing at her. Nora was quoted saying, “They started laughing together and giving each other high fives. I was wondering how dare you? Would have waited for me to leave, at least don’t do this in front of me.”
Nora had told in an interview in 2019 that when she came to India from Canada, she had only 5000 rupees. She added, “Although I used to get 3000 rupees every week from the agency I used to work, it was very difficult to manage the daily routine in this amount. But I managed everything smartly so that the money doesn’t run out at the end of the week.”
