Penélope Cruz put on an elegant display on Sunday evening as she attended the premiere for her new movie L’immensità in Venice, during the city’s 79th annual Film Festival.
The 48-year-old actress opted for a chic look in a Chanel gown with red print as she took to her social media.
The red-gown was designed by Chanel, which also feautured a halter neck. She aced up the look by keeping her tresses open and wearing small earrings. In the pictures, she was seen sporting her gorgeous smile.
Besides this, Penelope chose a laced black dress for the red carpet, which was decorated with a bright pink plant print which was also designed by Chanel.
The dress is a part of Chanel’s FW22 Couture range, featuring a slit down centre back, witha long-sleeved design, high neck and shoulder pad feature.
Penelope paired it with simple black heels and accessorised with a pair of gorgeous diamond drop earrings and a chunky diamond choker.
Talking about her upcoming movie L’immensità, it is directed by Italian director Emanuele Crialese. The movie sees the actress’ character end up in a psychiatric institution, and during a press conference on Sunday Penelope spoke out in the realities of domestic violence.
