As per reports in Zoom TV, Hrithik has to continuously work on his body, so he can stay in shape and look stunning each time. But apart from spending time in the gym, it is his clean diet that plays a vital role in his lifestyle. In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, the actor once revealed what he eats in a day.

Talking about his morning disciplined diet, he said, ” I wake up and I have six egg whites and some avocado and after that, my next meal is a set meal which I have in a box, which has got 70 grams of protein and some salad and veggies. I keep tweaking things depending on my weighing skills and the way I am looking”

Hrithik further shared that he loves seafood, and fish and salmon are his favourite. Revealing what is his favourite fruit, the actor said, mango, bananas, watermelon, and apple. Well, including veggies in the diet is very important for Hrithik, he loves to have sweet potatoes and salads diligently. Hrithik also makes sure to hydrate his body throughout the day to get that dewy glow on his skin.
