Saurabh Raj Jain shot to fame after his stunning work on television as Shri Krishna. The actor became the netizens’ favourite with his sharp acting skills. However, it wasn’t easy for the star when he started off his journey in showbiz.

Talking about his struggles, he said, “My parents didn’t want me to become an actor and I came to Mumbai against his will. When I reached Mumbai, I had Rs.5,000 and a bag. At that time, after some viewers, I got an opportunity to work in the show Remix. Living in Mumbai is not an easy task if you belong to a middle-class family. Most of my friends are from an upper-class family, so I had to struggle a lot. After Remix I took a break from acting and continued my studies but money remained an issue. So I joined a call centre.”

He added, “I used to study all day and work in the call centre at night. After finishing BCA I got a character in Balaji Telefilms. The character was for the serial ‘Kasam Se’. After that, I also got a character in ‘Parichay’. Once established in the industry, Saurabh made his work worship. I used to do a double shift for serials like Mahabharata and Devon Ke Dev Mahadev, Saurabh said. ” As quoted by News Track.
