Ingredients necessary

1 cup rice flour, 1 onion, 2 tablespoons of coconut, 1/2 a carrot, 2 green chilies, 2 tablespoons of coriander leaves, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon of ginger, salt to taste, and cooking oil.

Step 1

Chop the onion, carrot, ginger, coconut, green chilli, and coriander leaves into fine pieces.

Step 2

In a mixing dish, combine the flour, cumin seeds, salt, coconut, and chopped vegetables.
Mix well.

Step 3

Make a soft dough by mixing it with enough water.

Step 4

Make 4-6 equal portions of the dough.

Step 5

The dough balls were then rolled into circular rotis.

A pan should be hot, and well-greased, and cook the roti using enough oil.
