Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor are two hunks who are currently on top of their game in the Hindi film industry. Both Ranveer and Arjun truly love each other and hail each other as their ‘brother from another mother’ as said by them in many interviews.
As per reports in Zoom TV, Ranveer and Arjun together hosted the IIFA (International Indian Film Academy Awards) back in 2015. The BFFs made fun of each other while hosting the show where both of them can be seen taking a dig at each other’s career.
While hosting IIFA 2015, Arjun took a dig at the Jayeshbhai Jordaar actor and said, “Tu bohot hi talented hai (you’re extremely talented).” The Ek Villain Returns actor then added “s***a overactor kahi ka…kitna footage khata hai.” Ranveer then joined Arjun in the game and took a dig at the latter’s career saying that he is in the industry because of his family name. Ranveer said, “Baba tere samne toh main kuch bhi nahi hun yaar, family ka naam leke industry mein aaya hai s***a (Baba I’m nothing in front of you. You entered the industry using family name).”
Well, after Ranveer and Arjun roasted each other, they hosted a section at the IIFA Awards where they asked the actors present at the award function to talk about how they ‘actually’ feel about their fellow co-stars in the industry.
