Shraddha Kapoor began her acting career with the film Teen Patti. However, it didn’t do well at the box office. However, during this tough phase, the actress has been offered some trashy films that too by famous filmmakers in the industry. In an interview, the actress has opened up about the same.
Shraddha Kapoor in an interview with Filmfare opened up on how she’s been offered trashy films before she signed up for a good one. What’s more, the actress was also offered to do an erotic thriller film by a famous filmmaker. She said, “I didn’t know how to refuse him and rather coyly told him, ‘I’m not going into that territory for now’.”
She said, “Before Teen Patti released, I auditioned for a really important film. I was dying to get it. I worked day and night and gave the audition my all. But I didn’t bag the part. When I received the call (about being replaced), I went to my mom and told her what had happened. After that I asked her to leave me alone. I went to my room and cried on my bed non-stop for three days.” as quoted by HT.
