Vaani Kapoor has undoubtedly become one of the most sensational stars in Bollywood. Vaani is a style icon and manages to raise the hotness quotient and leave her fans swooning. Vaani will be seen playing the role of a travelling performer in the upcoming film ‘Shamshera’ opposite Ranbir Kapoor.
As per reports in newprocessfromhome, ever since the trailer of Shamshera was released, fans are comparing Vaani’s character to Katrina Kaif’s role in Thugs Of Hindostan. Vaani recently opened up about being compared to Katrina Kaif.
During a media interaction, Vaani ruled out such a comparison between her and Katrina’s characters. “No, because there’s only so much that you’ve seen in a trailer. One must perceive way more than one can understand from the trailer or the song that has come out. But there’s an entirely different arc for my character. I can say with conviction that it’s a very different film. I’ve seen Thugs of Hindostan, and I’ve worked on my film, and there’s no comparison,” said Vaani.
The actress went on to heap praise on Katrina and asked people to compare her to Katrina’s beauty. Vaani added, “She is a wonderful dancer, actor, everything, and I’m glad. If you’re comparing me, please compare me to her beauty. I would be very happy. But I know that my part is written in a different way and the subject in the film is very different from that one.”
