Vaani Kapoor’s Movie Career
After being signed by Elite Model Management, Vaani was seen endorsing products and modeling for various companies. She was also featured in several catalogs. After giving a television audition in 2009, she was chosen for the lead in the episode of Specials ten on Sony TV, which had the title Rajumen.
After appearing in one television program, Vaani signed a three-movie agreement with Yash Raj Films, one of Bollywood’s most renowned production companies. She made her Bollywood debut in 2013’s romantic comedy Shuddh Desi Romance, which also starred Parineeti Chopra and Sushant Singh Rajput in major roles.

Vaani was nominated for seven awards, out of which she went on to win five, including the Zee Cine Awards for Best Female Debut, the Filmfare Award, the Screen Award, and the Star Guild Award.
After her first film was a financial success, the actor was hired alongside Nani in Aaha Kalyanam, the Tamil version of Maneesh Sharma’s 2010 love comedy Band Baaja Baaraat. One more Yash Raj Films film, Befikre, co-starring Ranveer Singh, is one of her 2016 releases.
The story centers on the lives of two individuals who cross paths in Paris and ultimately fall in love. War, Bell Bottom (2021), Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui (2021), and Shamshera are some of her other well-known works.
