Of late, Varun Dhawan was seen in the movies like Coolie No 1 and Judwaa remake. The actor will be also be seen in Priyanka Chopra starrer, Citadel series Indian spin-off. However, with that, there’s been talks that the actor is all set to make a remake of Vijay Thalapathy’s movie, Theri helmed by Atlee.
The report says, “Varun has met Atlee and they will soon be working together on the Hindi remake of a South film. There’s a good chance that the film may be Vijay and Samantha starrer ‘Theri’.” However, there’s been no confirmation yet.
The official synopsis of the film reads, DCP Vijaya Kumar goes into hiding to bring up his daughter in a safe environment. However, after her life is threatened by deadly gangsters, he must face his past to protect his daughter.”
On the other hand, Varun Dhawan is rolled up with back-to-back films currently. The actor will soon be hitting the floors with the films Jug Jugg Jeeyo, Bhediya, Ekkis and more in the row as stated in Instant Bollywood.
