Vijay Deverakonda Feels Dance Is Biased Towards Women; Ananya Panday Rubbishes His Statement

Vijay Deverakonda talks about how he feels dance is unfair to men and more biased to women.

Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday have been on a promotional spree for their film Liger. The film has been touted to be the next big pan India movie to attract fans all over. There has been a positive vibe about the film and there is so much credibility at stake. Recently Deverakonda was asked in an interview about his dancing sequences and he made a statement that dances are always unfair to men and biased towards the fairer sex. A report on indianexpress.com talked about it and we take reference from that story for our write up here.

After boarding the Mumbai local, the Liger stars stopped for an interview with Filmy Mirchi. Vijay said that dancing was really difficult because, “Dance is a bit unfair to men because women, they look beautiful so they don’t have to do anything and it looks nice, whereas we have to get our angles and stuff right. Dance is very biased towards women. You have this hair which will do half the dance.”

Ananya was quick enough to respond as she did not agree with her co-star. She said, “Oh please, what nonsense. It is hard for everyone to dance if you have two left feet like me.”

What do you feel about this folks?
